BEIJING, China, Mar. 20 — Last week, the long-anticipated report on human rights abuses in the U.S., published by the Information Office of the State Council, was released. The report, compiled from public news sources and government statistics, is meant to expose Washington’s “double standards on the human rights issue” by showing that the U.S. is a human rights abuser.
